By providing your mobile number to Apex for appointment-related purposes, or by texting START to (860) 300-1191, you consent to receive text messages from Apex Physical Therapy LLC. Consent is not a condition of receiving treatment or services.
Please note: consenting to appointment-related messages does not opt you in to marketing messages. Marketing texts, if ever offered, require separate written consent.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text message data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you text us information about your health, that information is protected as described in our Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

The program works with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Health information in text messages
Appointment texts are deliberately generic. We do not include diagnoses, treatment details, or other clinical information in SMS. If you need to discuss your care, call us or use the patient portal instead of replying with details.
